– dashi granules Powder – water – baby bok choy – tofu – miso paste

Add the dashi granules, water, and bok choy to a stock pot or donabe. Set it on medium heat and bring to a simmer.

Ladle out a few spoonfuls of the hot broth into a bowl and mix it with the miso paste until fully dissolved.
