Crush garlic in a mortar and pestle. Cover with 1/4 cup hot water and set aside.

Carefully spoon the tofu pudding / silken tofu into a bowl.

Gently mix in light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, black vinegar, and sugar.

Microwave the bowl of tofu and sauce until hot.

Drizzle over the garlic hot water mixture, chili crisp, sesame oil, and peppercorn oil.
