The Best Peanut Butter

This healthy skin-on peanut butter is deliciously creamy and nutty, and full of fibre and antioxidants.

INGREDIENTS

– skin-on peanuts – salt  – brown sugar

If using raw peanuts, roast them first. Let the peanuts cool down before adding them to a Vitamix blender.

Blend on high speed for 2 minutes, using the tamper to continuously.

Push down the peanuts until they are all fully blended.

If you want a bit of texture in your peanut butter, you can stop at 1.5 minutes, but it will take a full 2 minutes to achieve a smooth peanut butter.
