Chocolate Blender Cake

This chocolate cake is made completely in the blender. Just blend, pour, and bake.

– Homemade Soy Milk – vanilla extract – Salt – Powdered sugar – Cocoa powder

Put all the frosting ingredients into a blender. Start the blender at the lowest setting, then ramp up to medium-high speed.

Scrape out the frosting into an airtight container. Set aside while you gather the cake ingredients.
