Yubuchobap

Yubuchobap are basically the Korean version of inari. It's sweet, savoury, sour, and addictive.

INGREDIENTS

– Cooked White Rice  – Yubuchobap kit  – Buldak hot sauce

Option 1: Empty the vinegar sauce and dried seasoning packets into the rice while still hot. Mix well.

Follow the directions on the kit to see how much rice to use per packet of vinegar sauce.

Option 2: Mix buldak hot sauce into the hot rice. You can add as much sauce depending on how spicy you like it.

You can also combine Options 1 and 2 by adding the hot sauce in addition to the traditional flavourings in the yubuchobap kit.
