Soak 1 cup soybeans in 3 cups cold water for 12–16 hours.

Drain and rinse the soybeans. Add to blender along with 6 cups water.

Blend on high speed for 1 minute or until smooth.

Pour through a strainer bag into a stockpot or Instant Pot.
