Vegan One-Pot Recipes

If you hate doing the dishes as much as I do, you need these Vegan One-Pot Recipes in your life. I used to live in an apartment with no dishwasher (NEVER AGAIN), and back then, my goal in the kitchen was to minimize the amount of dirty dishes I had to wash without compromising the taste or quality of a meal. I’ve gotten pretty good at it, if I do say so myself.

These dishes are specially formulated to only require one pot or pan from start to finish. For example, this One-Pot Pesto Pasta doesn’t require you to boil pasta in a separate pot; everything comes together in the same vessel. Or this Dutch Hutspot recipe, which only requires a Dutch oven (duh). And check out my roundup of One Pot Meals in 30 Minutes for more quick and easy options.

By the way, if you’re interested in more one-pot recipes, look through these Slow Cooker Recipes or Instant Pot Recipes. Most of them are one-pot, too!
